Ehsan vaia, how would you compare job experience in Bangladesh and Canada? I found you worked in 3 company in Bangladesh and 2 in Canada. Would you have any plan to come Bangladesh later and build your own company?
I would say experience is different in good ways but similar in many ways, which isn’t pleasant. Many web development companies here struggle in the same way as BD companies do. They lack appropriate higher management, who fail to understand what it takes do the jobs.
To build a company is very easy, isn’t it. But to run it properly and keep the employees happy is very tough. I’ve worked in Bangladesh and I know what it will take to keep people happy. I know it is a great fun and good environment in your company, but it is really difficult to build such a company. I hope with your best wishes and prayer, I might do something similar. But it all depends on future. Depends on many factors.
