  • I moved back to WebKinz due to the fact that the platform of the site matches my skill set and requires my expertise.

  • I oversee different resources assigned for different projects, prepare project plans, help resource planner to assign appropriate developer to the projects, prepare high-level documentations and estimations.
  • I constantly communicate with other departments (Art, Creative) to understand their requirements and closely work with Business Analysts to translate the requirements into functional specification for my team members. I also work closely with PMs on different projects.
  • I am also responsible to manage team to develop different reporting and administrative tools for the President of the company and Customer Service division.
• Received promotion to Technical Lead position for GANZ’s new interactive site in January 2008.
  • Worked as Technical Lead for GANZ’s new interactive site. I worked with Business Analyst closely to gather all the required information from the Creative documents, and translate them technically to help developers understand the requirement. I have been also overseeing the architectural decisions that a partner company is proposing. I was in charge of reporting to the Director of Interactive Division about the choice made like platform we will use for the site.
  • Beside my involvement with the project, I used to deal with day to day work for Webkinz site; especially projects those had to be done quickly and efficiently.
