Italy Lift the Cup!!

Italy is the World Champions!! For the fourth time they have won the world cup and it was a well played match last night.
After that Oscar winning act in the match with Australia - which won Italy the penalty at 94th minute - Italy made their way to winning the grand prize in Soccer or Football world. As I was watching some news later in the morning one comment was made like: “Italy deserved to be in the final - because they were improving every match played - but not sure whether they deserved winning the Cup”.

Sad part of the whole match rather the World Cup was end of Zidane’s career. A headbutt into the chest of Marco Materazzi got him nothing but a piece of Red Card. He could not even come back to field to receive his medal and spend the last few minutes with his team mates on field. It was apparent that Marco has said something very insulting to Zidane that made him take the action and receive his 14th Red Card of the career.
Italy played well in the field as well as in the France players’ minds. It’s sad but true Italy has won the World Cup!! Yes, I am not Italy supporter neither France supporter. Summing up their actions - from the match against Australia to final - it is shocking for me to see them lift the cup. But that’s the way a sport is played.

I was a Fan of ZiDaNe
i was supporting Franch at that match also . However congratulation to Italy !!!!! Italy did a greate job really !!!!

I didnt watch any match since my favorite team “germany” was out. Howevere, the ending of zidane was not as expected, sorry for him.
